In 1997 Murray edited and published a book “The Financial Coach”, SSA Publishing.
Since 2000 Murray has been involved in a number of speaking and writing projects. They include the Global Speakers Summit in Orlando, Florida; a main platform speaker at the Advocates Ontario Sales Congress; a frequent speaker at HollisWealth Regional Conferences; and has addressed the Advisors Forum in Toronto. Murray has also lectured at the University of Toronto, Mississauga Campus, Bachelor of Commerce School.
In 2005, Murray was also a contributing author to the Canadian Student Financial Survival Guide; Insomniac Press publishers.
In 2010, Murray was quoted in the Spring issue of Chill magazine, a quarterly publication of the LCBO, he was interviewed for an article in the Globe and Mail in October of 2010 and was also video interviewed by media personality and financial research consultant Dan Richards for his ongoing series on best practices in the financial planning industry.
